But the impact doesn’t end there—this initiative has created 225 jobs, provided training for 221 individuals, and empowered 72 women to take part in sustainable forestry practices. Through this collaboration, we ensure that all materials, from fabric scraps to packaging, are collected and transformed into new products, helping to eliminate waste.
This year, LILYSILK recycled 796 items, totaling 470.95 pounds (213 kilograms) of materials—diverting them from landfills. In November alone, 38 items were recycled, weighing 22.6 pounds (10.25 kilograms).
